AI Application Analyst
Our client is a global data and analytics company helping major retailers and CPGs make smarter business decisions through technology and data-driven insights. They’re looking for a technically curious and creative AI Applications Analyst to join their Bentonville, AR team and help build the next generation of internal AI tools.
This is a hands-on development and analytics role — blending Python, AI, and product thinking to create internal chatbots and self-serve analytics that simplify how business users access insight.
Location: Bentonville, AR – Onsite 5 days/week
Compensation: Targeting mid-$90Ks base (no sponsorship)
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Responsibilities
Build AI-powered tools that integrate natural language, visualization, and data analytics. Use frameworks such as Streamlit, Chainlit, and Google ADK to develop internal applications. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents for smarter outputs. Automate recurring insights using SQL and dbt, and embed analytics directly into workflows. Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to identify new AI use cases. Continuously improve model and tool performance through structured feedback and optimization.
Desired Skills and Experience
Advanced SQL and strong understanding of relational data models. Experience building or supporting internal tools (Streamlit, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, or machine learning concepts. Excellent communication and client-facing ability. Naturally curious and independent problem-solver. Nice to have: Python scripting or app development. Experience with Streamlit, RAG pipelines, Google ADK, or Vertex AI. Knowledge of dbt or LookML. Background in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain analytics a plus.
