Business Analyst, ERP
One of my clients is looking for an experienced, Business Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role (bridging between Finance and IT) during their upcoming ERP implementation and beyond. This position offers the opportunity to influence system design, streamline financial processes, and drive business improvements across the organization.
In this role, you will serve as the finance subject matter expert during ERP implementation and enhancements, partnering closely with Finance leadership and IT to ensure system integrity and cross-functional alignment. You’ll take the lead in developing training and documentation, supporting finance and accounting end users, and ensuring accurate financial data and reporting through ERP integrations. Additionally, you’ll translate business needs into scalable ERP processes that set the foundation for future phases of system implementation.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Must have experience in a manufacturing environment!
- Proven ERP implementation experience within Finance/Accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial processes
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL, Power BI, or other BI tools a plus
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
