The Role
As Senior Designer, you will lead the conceptual and visual development of experiential campaigns across live, hybrid, and retail environments. This is a remote-friendly role with occasional travel for site visits, client meetings, and live event execution. The base salary range for this position is $75,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience and portfolio strength.

We are seeking a Director of Growth for a social-first agency that’s building something genuinely different in the market. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who loves building growth from the ground up and wants real ownership over how an agency shows up, attracts clients, and scales.
This role leads all agency marketing and growth strategy in partnership with the agency’s Chief Growth Officer – from positioning and demand generation to actively identifying, prospecting, and converting net-new clients. There’s no inherited playbook here. You’ll help create it.

Partner with the CGO to lead the agency’s growth strategy end to end
