We have partnered with an incredible organization in the food service industry that has been providing healthy meal options for schools and their students for decades. Together, we’re looking for a Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Culinary Strategy to charter growth, inspire teams and champion culture. 

This leader should have a passion for food, experience in developing talent in sales and marketing, and a track record of driving growth. In this role, the VP will lead the development and implementation of overall sales and marketing strategies while overseeing culinary innovation and menu research and development. This leader will set the strategic direction, create a clear vision, and implement a comprehensive plan to enhance the company’s market share and brand recognition.

Most importantly, this executive-level position requires someone who shares the organization’s values of integrity, hard work and customer success. 

Responsibilities include:

Sales – Develop and lead an annual sales plan and budget – Establish new business targets and strategies – Manage high-level relationships and contracts – Analyze market trends and assess the company’s competitive position
