SkyWater is partnering with a local manufacturing company located in the Minneapolis area. They are entering a defining chapter: new investments, brand expansions, upgraded creative assets, and major launches across mass retail and D2C channels. With strong retailer relationships already in place, the company is now ready to scale digital in a meaningful, modern, high-impact way—and they need a builder to make it happen.
The Director of Digital & E-Commerce will lead digital strategy, retail performance, and D2C website optimization across a multi-brand portfolio. This is a newly created role designed to build and scale the company’s digital capabilities, supporting both retail partners and direct-to-consumer sales channels. The position will lead retail.com initiatives, manage four D2C sites, oversee paid media and social collaboration, and serve as the primary architect of digital performance analytics.
Required Qualifications

5–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and/or retail management.

Hands-on experience managing retail.com programs across major retailers.

Proficiency with D2C site management and core digital performance analytics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into recommendations.

Proven ability to operate in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Experience with beauty, personal care, or consumer products strongly preferred.

Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management capabilities.
