The target base salary range for this position is $150,000–$200,000, with final compensation determined by the candidate’s experience, skills, and leadership level.

We are seeking a Director of Growth for a social-first agency that’s building something genuinely different in the market. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who loves building growth from the ground up and wants real ownership over how an agency shows up, attracts clients, and scales.
This role leads all agency marketing and growth strategy in partnership with the agency’s Chief Growth Officer – from positioning and demand generation to actively identifying, prospecting, and converting net-new clients. There’s no inherited playbook here. You’ll help create it.
