This pivotal role oversees business development managers, aligning sales strategies with leadership to achieve ambitious team and company goals.
We’re looking for a leader with a knack for hiring, onboarding, and training top-notch sales talent, and someone who can craft and deliver compelling training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background, exceptional communication skills, and experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
Your mission will be to ensure our client’s sales team excels through quality recruitment, ongoing training, and continuous performance improvement. We want to hear from you if you have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of the sales process, and a passion for driving results.
Experience in marketing agency work or PR will make you stand out!
