SkyWater has been retained by great long-term client on an exciting new role; this growing $50M+ technology solutions organization is hiring their next Chief Revenue Officer to help drive their continued growth in 2024 and beyond!

As a pivotal member of the executive team, the CRO will report to the President, and will be responsible for developing and executing the annual business plan for the revenue operations department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams, managing budgets effectively, and driving continuous improvement in sales and marketing productive.

This company has a very strong reputation in the upper Midwest, and is looking for their first CRO to help continue their transformation from a legacy product reseller business into a technical service business, managing their Sales, Digital, Marketing, and Customer Success teams (about 20 people).

Open due to a retirement, this is an exciting transformational role that will help drive the doubling of their revenue in the next 4 years. The position offers a strong base salary, annual bonus incentive, and a long-term incentive package, along with a robust benefits package.
