Commercial Insurance Operations Director
SkyWater Search is excited to partner with a large insurance carrier with a fantastic family-oriented company culture.
We are looking for:
8+ years of experience in commercial insurance operation, including direct leadership.
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), ARM, ARe, ARM-E, AU-M certifications preferred.
Experience with analytics, back-office systems, and reporting.
This opportunity is full-time with great benefits. Sponsorship is not available.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated track record of growing commercial insurance lines business through operational and product development
- 7+ years of experience in commercial insurance operations and underwriting.
- 5+ years as a leader.
- Able to be on-site 2 days per week near Peoria, IL
