SkyWater is partnering with a leading Minneapolis-based print + fulfillment firm known for winning business through hands-on service and a facility that sells itself. With deep capabilities in sheet-fed offset and digital printing, kitting, pick-pack-ship, and large-format signage, they support recurring projects across a five-state territory.

They’re hiring a Commercial Sales Representative to take over assigned accounts, develop new relationships, and grow long-term business. You’ll be backed by a highly engaged VP of Sales and owner, both of whom support in-person visits — a proven driver of high-dollar wins. Top producers earn $200K–$300K+ with a comp structure offering a guarantee, uncapped commission, plus full benefits and flexible PTO.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a mix of assigned accounts and new business prospects
  • Sell a range of print, promo, and fulfillment solutions across a five-state territory
  • Host in-person client visits and facility tours to drive deal conversion
  • Collaborate closely with leadership (owner and VP of Sales) on sales strategy
  • Maintain local travel schedule with flexibility for occasional regional trips

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in print, promotional products, or fulfillment sales
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close recurring, solution-based deals
  • Familiarity with sheet-fed offset and digital printing is a plus
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and a hunter mentality
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative sales team
