Controller
SkyWater is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to find a Controller. This role reports to the CFO and will lead all accounting, reporting, and financial operations at the site.

Responsibilities
- Lead accounting and financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
- Own and manage the month-end close process including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Analyze financial data and operational costs to drive informed decision-making
- Implement process improvements and scalable financial controls
- Oversee external audit and tax preparation in alignment with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Manage and mentor of accounting staff
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 2+ in a leadership role
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator who can lead and influence
