Corporate Counsel
SkyWater Search Partners is assisting an independently owned manufacturing company with its search for a Corporate Counsel in the Twin Cities.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of practice experience, in-house experience or a government background is ideal, but law firm candidates are also welcome. The position is responsible for all legal matters for the company, including employment, compliance, HR, contracts, workers compensation, and managing litigation in conjunction with outside counsel. The company offers competitive benefits and salary, PTO, etc. This is 5-day in office position due to the nature of the role.
