Customer Service Supervisor
Dayton, MN | On-site, 5 days/week | $105K–$129K target range

We’re partnering with a longstanding global manufacturing client on their search for a strategic, people-focused Customer Service Supervisor to lead their U.S. commercial CS team. This is not your typical “keep the lights on” role—it’s a chance to step into a mid-organization transformation with a leader I know personally and can vouch for (she’s the real deal).

You’ll have the opportunity to lead, influence, and shape the future of customer service in a global, 58-person department while managing a talented team of ~12 (with potential to expand).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the U.S. commercial CS team, balancing day-to-day operations with strategic priorities

  • Leverage technology (Oracle, Salesforce, OCR, EDI, AI) to optimize workflows

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture


Requirements:

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond daily KPIs

  • Strong team leadership experience in Customer Service or Operations (industrial manufacturing a plus)

  • Proven success with change management and process improvement initiatives

  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce preferred) and exploring automation/AI

  • Collaborative communicator who thrives in transparent, optimistic environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Reports to: Director of Global Customer Service

  • Team Size: ~12 direct reports (Team growth & Expansion potential)

  • Location: Dayton, MN – on-site 5 days/week (non-negotiable)

  • Compensation: $105K–$129K + Full Benefits 

  • KPIs: SLA (phones/cases), CSAT via Qualtrics, resolution quality
