Data Quality Automation Engineer
We are working with a nationally recognized hedge fund that has achieved amazing growth over the past two years. They are looking to expand their technical team with a senior engineer to champion data quality automation in their Azure Synapse environment. This person will be helping to build quality automation processes from scratch and will need strong technical skills and knowledge of current vendors in the space.
As a Data Quality Engineer, you will be designing, building and maintaining automated regression, unit, and smoke testing frameworks on data integration pipelines, stored procedures, and reports. You will also partner with the architect to evaluate new QA tools to help make build/buy decisions.

Responsibilities
Design, build and maintain automated testing frameworks from scratch. Deliver QA solutions to data integration pipeline, Azure Synapse and reporting environment. Help create a Data Quality Assurance Program with monitoring, alerting and remediation. Work in a hybrid capacity (2-3 times a week in office).
Desired Skills and Experience
8+ years of experience Experience designing automated testing frameworks for Azure Data Pipelines Strong experience with T-SQL, Azure Data Factory and Test cases using DML. No visa sponsorship, or contracting is available.
