We are working with a long time client of ours where we’ve placed multiple people and have known the hiring leader as both a candidate and client.
Located just outside the city and operating in a hybrid/collaborative environment they are investing in their accounting team and looking for someone to lead and build out their accounting function. You’ll report to a sharp Controller with a track record of building strong teams that are process improvement focused.
Ideal for someone who wants to bring their energy and talents to an organization raising the talent bar.
Ideally targeting someone at the Senior Manager coming straight from public accounting (audit or accounting advisory) or someone with a public accounting foundation and currently sitting as a Senior Manager or Director level. Above market total package including base, bonus and equity.
