Be the architect of growth for a fast-growing, multi-seven-figure coaching and mentorship brand that helps entrepreneurs scale without sacrificing their lives. This is a rare opportunity to step in as the first senior marketing hire and build the engine that takes a proven business model to the next level.
As Head of Marketing, you’ll be both strategist and doer — a true player-coach. You’ll partner directly with the founder and leadership team to translate vision into high-converting offers, funnels, and campaigns that fuel measurable growth.
What You’ll Do:

Own and execute the full-funnel growth strategy: awareness ? lead gen ? nurture ? conversion.

Build and optimize funnels (landing pages, email/SMS sequences, upsells) with strong attribution and reporting.

Oversee paid media — directing partners, testing creative, managing budgets — and scale efficiently.

Write and guide compelling, conversion-focused copy across offers, ads, and email campaigns.

Turn content and IP into lead magnets, mini-offers, workshops, and evergreen entry points.

Lead contractors/vendors and build a small but mighty growth pod over time.
What You Bring:

5–10 years in growth marketing with hands-on execution in coaching, digital programs, or info-products.

Proven success scaling businesses from low-seven to eight figures (or similar growth stage).

Mastery of funnel architecture, paid media, and conversion copywriting (non-negotiables).

Experience managing agencies/contractors and shipping measurable results fast.

Bias for action, resourcefulness, and the ability to both lead and do.
