Position Overview:
As the Director of Operations, you will lead the strategic management of our franchise network’s operational functions. Your role will focus on driving growth, maintaining operational consistency, and fostering a culture of excellence within our locations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, boost revenue, and elevate customer satisfaction across all franchise outlets.
  • Franchise Support: Offer guidance, support, and training to franchisees, ensuring alignment with brand standards, operational best practices, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions to enhance overall performance.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize operational processes, systems, and procedures to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
  • Team Development: Lead and nurture a high-performing operations team, providing mentorship, coaching, and resources for professional growth and success.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, training, and finance to align operational strategies with overarching company objectives.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards, prioritizing high-quality service delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role within a multi-unit retail or franchise environment.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and budget management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence, process enhancement, and change management initiatives.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology and data analytics for decision-making and operational efficiency.
