Position Overview: We are currently seeking a results-oriented and strategic professional to join our team as the Director of Operations. This key leadership role will play a pivotal part in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in our processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

   • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
   • Analyze market trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for operational enhancement and growth.

2. Manufacturing Operations:

   • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring optimal resource utilization, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
   • Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate overall operational performance.

3. Team Leadership:

   • Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
   • Develop and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and skill development.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Establish and enforce quality control processes to maintain the highest standards in manufacturing output.
   • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address any quality issues.

5. Supply Chain Management:

   • Work closely with the supply chain team to optimize inventory levels, streamline procurement processes, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

6. Safety and Compliance:

   • Implement and uphold strict safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
   • Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field 
• Proven experience in an operations management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of machining processes, CNC machining, and manufacturing technologies.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
