Director of Revenue Accounting | Fully Remote
We are working with a publicly-traded, personal care company that is looking for their next Accounting Director!
In this position, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of revenue accounting, including overseeing monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting while ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and other relevant accounting standards. You will develop, implement, and maintain policies and controls that ensure accuracy and consistency across revenue streams, while also partnering with cross-functional teams in sales, operations, and FP&A to provide insights and support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with deep expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606).
- Big4/Public Accounting Experience/Foundation
- Experience in a publicly traded/high-growth company
- Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor teams.
- Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence across departments.
- CPA required
