Director of Treasury
I am working with a new client of mine that is a well-established, growing organization to help them find a Director of Treasury!
This individual will have the chance to lead a treasury function and put needed processes in place! They will oversee day-to-day treasury operations, manage company-wide liquidity, optimize short-term cash investments, and maintain banking and investment relationships.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this leader will play a critical role in forecasting cash flows, ensuring adequate liquidity, negotiating banking services, and preparing enterprise-level reporting.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 8+ years of relevant experience - experience building out a treasury function (++)
- Must have experience in the Insurance and/or Banking Field
- Strong background in treasury, liquidity management, and financial analysis.
- CFA, CTP, or similar credentials a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
