Director of Treasury
We are seeking a Director of Treasury to lead and execute all treasury operations for a newly created role within a dynamic, global, fast-paced organization. This hands-on leadership role requires deep treasury technical expertise, strong operational treasury experience, and ownership of liquidity management, cash forecasting, debt administration, and banking relationships. The role also requires at least 2 years of people leadership experience managing a small treasury team, and involves close partnership with senior finance leadership.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day treasury operations, including daily cash positioning, liquidity planning, and intercompany funding. Own short- and long-term cash forecasting and working capital optimization. Administer credit facilities and other debt instruments, including covenant compliance and lender reporting. Support capital markets activity such as refinancings, acquisitions, and structured financings from an execution standpoint. Manage banking relationships, treasury systems, and cash management tools. Establish treasury policies, internal controls, and best practices; drive process improvement and automation. Lead, coach, and develop a small treasury team (3–4 professionals) and collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and Operations.
Desired Skills and Experience
8–12+ years of progressive treasury experience with strong operational treasury expertise. Deep treasury technical expertise in cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking operations, and debt administration. At least 2 years of people leadership experience. Experience supporting complex or capital-intensive businesses and leveraged capital structures. Hands-on experience with treasury systems and banking platforms. Strong leadership presence and execution mindset in dynamic environments. MBA, CPA, CFA, or CTP a plus.
