Dynamics CRM Analyst
SkyWater has partnered with a manufacturing company in the Twin Cities area. They have recently begun rolling out an instance of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 CRM in their environment with the assistance of a local implementation partner. Now they need a technical professional with expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM to partner with users and customize this new instance across several lines of business.
We are looking for candidates that reside in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and are comfortable working in a hybrid office environment. This position will include Dynamics CRM administration, partnering with stakeholders, security role management and permissions, and some report development.
Candidates should bring at least one year of experience administering or customizing with Dynamics CRM, business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and a 4 year degree.
Responsibilities
- Certifications in Dynamics CRM or Power Platform - Experience integrating CRM platforms with ERPs - Familiarity with web development languages for customization - Data reporting experience
