Electrical Construction Manager

SkyWater is partnering with an established Midwest construction firm looking to add an Electrical Construction Manager to their growing team!

We’re seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead field operations across multiple project sites. Ideal candidates have a background in electrical or solar construction, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage crews, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day job site activities from planning through completion

  • Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment according to project needs

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources

  • Conduct site inspections to uphold safety and quality standards

  • Interpret drawings and scopes of work for clear execution plans

  • Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems (if applicable)

  • Maintain regular communication with subcontractors, clients, and project teams

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman or Construction Manager in construction (electrical/solar preferred)

  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and job site safety practices

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams

  • Skilled in reading blueprints, schedules, and technical documentation

  • Strong communication and team leadership skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (up to 80%)

  • Electrical license (e.g., Journeyworker) required (Any State).
