Electrical Construction Manager
SkyWater is partnering with an established Midwest construction firm looking to add an Electrical Construction Manager to their growing team!
We’re seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead field operations across multiple project sites. Ideal candidates have a background in electrical or solar construction, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage crews, materials, and schedules to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day job site activities from planning through completion

Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment according to project needs

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources

Conduct site inspections to uphold safety and quality standards

Interpret drawings and scopes of work for clear execution plans

Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems (if applicable)

Maintain regular communication with subcontractors, clients, and project teams
Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as a Foreman or Construction Manager in construction (electrical/solar preferred)

Knowledge of OSHA standards and job site safety practices
-
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams

Skilled in reading blueprints, schedules, and technical documentation

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (up to 80%)

Electrical license (e.g., Journeyworker) required (Any State).
