Electrical Estimator / Project Manager — Commercial & Industrial Construction
Twin Cities East Metro Area, MN (On-Site)
Full-Time | $100K–$120K + Bonus Opportunities
SkyWater Search Partners is collaborating with a well-established and growing electrical contractor in the Twin Cities area to identify an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join their team.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare and manage estimates and bids for multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Review blueprints, specifications, subcontractor quotes, and vendor proposals
-
Draft proposals, scope letters, and change orders
-
Oversee project execution, coordinating field personnel and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery

Monitor and manage project costs, schedules, and documentation
-
Maintain strong professional relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
What They are Looking For:
-
2+ years of experience in electrical construction (commercial/industrial preferred)
-
Solid background in estimating and/or project management
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with estimating tools such as McCormick is preferred
-
Familiarity with electrical codes and construction industry standards

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $100,000–$120,000 DOE

Location Requirement:
Must be able to reliably commute to job sites and the company’s local office within the Twin Cities East metro area.
