Engineering Manager (.NET and AWS)
SkyWater Search has partnered with a growing mid-size PE backed tech client to bring on an Engineering Manager. For this role we are seeking someone with strong technical chops who enjoys being in the weeds. The ideal candidate will be able to help guide distributed team members across Engineering, DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure on how to best build products and systems for a SaaS platform.
This company has been in business for over a decade, and they continue to increase headcount as their client base grows. If you are a servant leader who enjoys managing a small to mid-size team while also helping with architecture and code this could be for you.
Desired Skills and Experience
* 4 year degree (CS, CE, SE, STEM) * 8+ years of professional experience with at least a couple of years in people leadership * 5+ years of developing web based, cloud hosted software * Strong technical skills with C#/.NET, AWS, DevOps * Proven ability to coach, mentor, grow team members * Must be based in the US and bonus points if you are local to MN * Cannot require sponsorship
