Enterprise Application Architecture Manager
A well-respected professional services firm has engaged us to help bring on a key growth hire to help drive their technical modernization efforts. The Enterprise Application Architecture Manager will have a small, but talented team of direct reports and will work closely with the Director of Technology, who is bright and respected. If you are looking to be part of an ESOP where your voice will be heard and your technical skills and ideas will be truly valued, we should connect.
To be successful you will need strong hands on expertise with application architecture, data architecture, DevOps (CI/CD), Cloud (Azure). They are looking for this individual to continue building best practices and establishing further guardrails for IT.
In addition to the salary, they are also offering competitive variable compensation that has averaged around 20% annually over the past few years along with profit sharing eligibility after a year of service.
Desired Skills and Experience
* 10+ years of professional experience with expertise in building software (web facing) in a modern environment using DevOps and IaC, software architecture, and data engineering * Proven ability to drive solutions architecture for internal applications and client deliverable * Someone who has a servant leader mentality that fosters growth for team members and wants to continue building a great engineering / technology culture * Hybrid role centrally located in the Twin Cities (2-3 days on-site with flexibility) *Highly visibility and impact that are critical to digital transformation and monetization tech + data
