SkyWater is conducting the search for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant / Sales Operations Coordinator to directly support our client’s Senior Vice President of Sales and the entire Sales Operations team. This role is critical to enabling leaders and colleagues to focus on strategic priorities by streamlining day-to-day operations, managing information flow, and helping hold the team accountable to goals and deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Support
  • Serve as the right hand to the SVP of Sales, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling expense reporting.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to communications on behalf of the SVP, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence. Sales Operations & Accountability
  • Track and follow up on sales team deliverables, helping ensure deadlines are met and commitments are fulfilled.
  • Assist in the development, distribution, and monitoring of sales metrics, performance dashboards, and pipeline reports.
  • Support sales meeting planning, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns, lead tracking, and collateral distribution.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and assist in generating actionable insights from sales data. Project & Process Support
  • Assist in planning and executing initiatives tied to growth, strategic projects, and the pending acquisition.
  • Help streamline workflows, implement best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales function.
  • Manage special projects as assigned, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Sales Operations, or similar role supporting senior leaders; prior experience supporting Sales/Marketing teams highly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), and project management tools.
  • Approach: Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and maintains a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
