Finance Manager
SkyWater is excited to partner with a longstanding client, a private $1.2B manufacturing company in the Twin Cities, in the search for a Finance Manager. The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager will be a key strategic partner to Marketing and other corporate functions, driving data-driven decision-making in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organization. This role combines financial leadership, analytics, and business partnership to optimize spend, measure ROI, and support business growth. The position includes one direct report and offers the chance to work in a fun, collaborative environment where people genuinely enjoy working together. This role is onsite with flexibility.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT to provide actionable financial insights that influence strategy, optimize spend, and improve campaign effectiveness. Lead monthly management reporting, analyzing financial results, identifying trends, assessing risks, and delivering recommendations to senior management. Manage the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasting, tracking actuals vs budget/forecast. Evaluate business cases and projects with rigorous ROI and scenario analysis to support strategic investments. Collaborate with IT to enhance financial systems, dashboards, and reporting automation. Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation. Lead initiatives that strengthen FP&A’s impact on business outcomes, particularly in Marketing.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Finance MBA preferred. 6+ years of progressive Finance experience Strong technical, analytical, and business partnership skills Proven ability to partner with Marketing and Sales teams to drive strategic business outcomes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
