Finance Manager

  • Job Tag: #LI-TN1
  • Posted: November 11,2025
  • Salary: $115,000

I am partnering with an established manufacturing company to help them identify a Finance Manager to join their team. The Finance Manager will drive financial excellence, shape strategic decision-making, and lead a talented team within a dynamic, growth-focused organization.
In this role, you’ll oversee complex accounting functions, ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, and deliver insights that directly influence company performance and long-term success. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll guide the month-end and year-end close processes, lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives, and support audits and compliance efforts.
This is a hands-on leadership role with visibility across the organization, ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys translating data into strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a finance team to deliver accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and operational excellence.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, dashboards, and performance reports for senior leadership and board review.
  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver financial insights, business analysis, and ad-hoc reporting that drive operational improvements.
  • Oversee compliance and audit activities, ensuring readiness and accuracy across all financial documentation.
  • Leverage ERP systems and analytical tools to optimize financial processes and reporting accuracy.
  • Continuously assess and enhance financial systems, processes, and controls for efficiency and scalability.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (CPA or MBA a plus).
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, ideally within manufacturing or a complex operational environment.
  • Proven success leading, coaching, or mentoring team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills — comfortable interacting with all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.
