We are partnering with a global consumer-focused organization to help them identify a Finance Manager to partner closely with executive leadership and help guide financial decision-making. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and blends strategic planning, operational finance, and global reporting responsibilities. The successful candidate will operate as a financial thought partner across the business, supporting growth initiatives while maintaining strong financial discipline across an international footprint.

This position works closely with leaders across the organization to improve profitability, forecast performance, and support long-term value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the consolidation and interpretation of financial results across multiple international entities.
  • Translate monthly financial performance into clear narratives for executive leadership.
  • Develop executive-ready reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and assess trends related to liquidity, leverage, cash generation, and balance sheet performance
  • Orchestrate annual planning and budgeting cycles in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Maintain rolling forecasts and scenario models that support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate business performance against plan and provide recommendations to course-correct.
  • Contribute to long-range financial modeling and strategic outlooks.
  • Help define, measure, and monitor KPIs tied to multi-year value creation priorities.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives focused on growth acceleration, margin improvement, and cash flow enhancement.
  • Assist with working capital optimization and broader capital structure initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic projects led by the CFO and executive team.
  • Analyze revenue performance, commercial programs, and cost structures to assess profitability.
  • Partner with commercial leaders to evaluate pricing approaches and incentive effectiveness.
  • Identify customer- and product-level opportunities to improve margins and returns.
  • Monitor operating expenses and highlight opportunities for efficiency.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial reporting roles.
  • Background in manufacturing, consumer products, or other operationally complex environments.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities; advanced Excel required.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; exposure to BI platforms preferred.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for senior leaders.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to executive audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Hybrid work environment with a strong on-site presence required.
