Financial Analyst
We are excited to be partnering with a great client of ours- a local, PE backed technology supplier to help them find their next Financial Analyst. This is an exciting time for our client as they are experiencing rapid growth- over 11 acquisitions within the last few years! Our client loves to mentor their people, so someone who has independently motivated and naturally curious will thrive in this role.
This highly analytical role offers a ton of exposure into visualizations, reporting, and much more. The ideal candidate for this role will have a love for the small details, ability to build strong relationships, and have an innate inquisitiveness to follow the data to the right answer.
**This is a hybrid role, candidates must be local to the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area and able to come into the office 2-3 days per week.**

Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong analytical thinker with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Clear and confident communicator (both written and verbal) who can make complex financial data easy to understand
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also being a strong collaborator across teams
- Naturally curious and data-driven, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Skilled at building relationships across departments and all levels of the organization
- Open to occasional travel (up to 15%) when needed
