Financial Data Analyst
We are partnering with a banking/finance organization that really takes pride in a great culture – they have been in StarTribunes Top Places to work the past 5 years!
They are roughly 200 employees strong & have been around for 40 years.
They are looking for a Financial Data Analyst that will work with the finance team – including the CFO & COO. You will be perform data queries that require testing, conduct data analysis, gather requirements & much more. You will be reporting back to the finance team as you translate data needs & finance workflows.
***Must be willing to work in a Hybrid work environment in central MN***

Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of experience – finance background would be a HUGE bonus.
- BS in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Microsoft tools, & more.
- Strong problem-solving skills, & critical thinking skills to evaluate large workloads.
- Able to work across multiple teams & develop dashboards/reporting.
