SkyWater is partnering with a fast growing, private equity-owned, data technology business headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. The company provides data-driven solutions and services to over 2000 enterprise clients in the banking, healthcare, and insurance industries. By utilizing technology, data, and analytics they help their clients mitigate risks, protect, and grow their business. Due to exponential growth, the company is looking for a strategic leader to expand market share within the banking business vertical.

This role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for driving growth through building out the sales, marketing, and client service teams. As a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, this individual will be involved in strategic initiatives, developing the go-to market playbook, change management, and executing on the company’s vision. The ideal candidate has an extensive tenure in strategic leadership as well as in depth knowledge of banking and financial products, decision making processes at financial institutions, regulatory regimes, and the use cases of the Social Security Administration’s Death Master File within internal fraud regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates growth initiatives within the Banking Business vertical
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders for making business decisions and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Fosters a team culture aligned on purpose, value, and strategy
  • Lead high-level update communications to regularly update stakeholders on progress, GTM strategy, and outcomes.
  • Create compelling business cases and use cases
  • Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams to align messaging

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years in executive leadership managing cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations)
  • 5+ years in a consulting or externally facing role
  • Ability to understand and solve complex issues related to risk management, fraud, and compliance within deposit operations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience managing cross functional teams
