HR Generalist / Sr. HR Generalist
We’ve been engaged by a local non-profit to find their next HR Generalist (potential for Sr. HR Generalist title depending on experience).
The organization is dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve self-reliance through comprehensive programs in housing, employment, and education. The team is united by a shared commitment to community impact, equity, and helping people build strong foundations for long-term success.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to wear many hats and work with a highly collaborative team in a mission-driven organization. Our client is looking for someone with previous HR generalist experience who is a creative problem-solver and self-starter.
Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll for a 200-person organization

Serve as the primary admin for the organization’s HRIS (Paylocity) platform

Support employees with benefits, policy, and other HR-related questions as needed
- Coordinate training and development and other employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
-
3+ years of HR experience, with an emphasis on payroll and HRIS

Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality; and highly organized/detail-oriented
