SkyWater Search is partnering with a rapidly growing, high-tech manufacturing company as they look to hire for a Human Resources Business Partner to support a dynamic location.
This company is performing well, has a strong trajectory for growth in the future, and partners with some of the world’s most cutting-edge companies. We are looking for a talented HRBP to work closely with the company’s leadership and consult on matters such as employee relations, retention strategies, and talent development. This person will work closely to align business goals with HR best practices, and continue to move the HR department forward.
Responsibilities
Human capital initiatives, partnering with talent acquisition function, employee relations, retention strategies, employee engagement, performance review process, compensation, and more.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and drive insights and recommendations
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
