Human Resources Business Partner
SkyWater Search is partnering with one of our fast-growing clients as they are looking to hire a collaborative, people-first HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a growing HR team. In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll support leaders across the business, build trusted relationships, and champion an employee-owned culture.
This is a great opportunity for a seasoned HR Generalist or Specialist ready to step into broader responsibilities and help shape a newer HRBP function. You’ll work across employee relations, organizational design, leave management, performance and talent development, culture, and change management, always with empathy, objectivity, and a business-minded lens.

Responsibilities
-Partner with leaders on workforce planning, performance, and engagement strategies -Handle employee relations and internal investigations with care and discretion -Manage all aspects of leave administration, including MN PFML -Support onboarding, development, and succession planning efforts -Use Workday and people analytics to guide HR decisions and reporting -Drive DEI, leadership development, and change management initiatives -Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and company policies
Desired Skills and Experience
-5+ years of progressive HR experience; 3+ years in a strategic HRBP role preferred -Strong communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills -Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment law -Experience supporting a geographically distributed workforce -Bonus if you have ESOP, Workday, or HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
