Human Resources Leader
Our client is a leading family-owned global manufacturing and distribution company that has been around for over 180 years that sells into retailers. They own 65% of the market share globally! They’re seeking an HR Leader to support their North American manufacturing and distribution facilities. This role will support all aspects of HR operations, support all employees, and will be a critical member of the team. The HR Leader reports directly to the Chief People Officer.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance to the North American region to drive business goals
- Benefits Administration, including LOA and worker's compensation and employee wellness plan
- Recruiting, onboarding and talent management
- Compliance and regulations maintenance and adherence
- Provide guidance and support throughout employee lifecycle
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of human resources experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work with all levels of employees across the organization
- Technical aptitude within Microsoft Suite and various HRIS including ADP
- Proficient in Excel; ability to pull data into pivot tables, graphs, etc.
