Human Resources Manager
SkyWater Search Partners is working with a long-standing construction equipment company to hire their next HR Manager. This client has been family-owned for 3 generations and is rapidly expanding through both organic growth and acquisitions. Serving as the point of contact for all HR-related items as well as consulting on overall HR strategy, this person will report to the Director of Corporate Services.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete employee lifecycle
- Providing support for all HR-related issues
- Benefits administration
- Performance management, coaching and consultation
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
