In-House Attorney
SkyWater Search has partnered with a publicly-traded company to find its next in-house counsel. This person will assist with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and proxy statements, so experience in the area is highly preferred. This attorney will also handle corporate governance, M&A, and a variety of commercial agreements.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant practicing experience and the ability to be in office 4 times/week.
