Investment Banking Analyst
A new client of ours, a growing corporate finance boutique, is looking to hire a Full-Time Investment Banking Analyst to support M&A and capital raising in renewable fuels and agribusiness. This team offers direct senior exposure, hands-on deal work, and the ability to truly shape your career trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models and valuations
- Draft CIMs, pitch decks, and client presentations
- Conduct due diligence and market research
- Participate in execution on live mandates
- Support agribusiness benchmarking projects
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience in financial advisory, transaction support, management consulting, corporate development, or M&A; recent graduates without full-time experience are not considered.
- Strong academic performance in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of core finance and accounting principles.
- Highly motivated team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated accountability for quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
- FINRA licensing required or must be obtained within 60 days of start date.
