IT Business Analyst
I’m partnering with a longtime, high-end retail client (certified B-Corp) that’s making a key hire on their Business Systems team. This IT Business Analyst role has a strong project management focus and is highly visible across the organization.
You’ll partner closely with HR and Marketing as the company continues to modernize and evolve its technology landscape, it’s a great opportunity to make real impact. Desired Skills and Experience
What they’re looking for: * 5+ years of Business Analyst experience * Strong communication skills; experience serving as a bridge between HR and/or Marketing and IT * Experience with HRIS and LMS systems strongly preferred Solid understanding of: * Application lifecycle management * Project Management *Vendor management * Backlog management & prioritization *Team operations and delivery support
