Java Architect (Minnesota only)
Our client in a Twin Cities-based SaaS organization with over 100 employees, growing from 50 just a few years ago. This organization has been around for 15+ years, but have found the recipe for growth with a new leadership team.
This company is coming off of an acquisition (that added 30 employees) and it has created a need for an additional Architect. We have partnered with this development team to find someone versed in modern web development practices, modern frameworks, CI/CD with the rest of their stack including Java, Postgres, and hosted in AWS.
To be a fit, we are targeting someone that is looking to work with a small, growing team that will be relied upon by a team of engineers and department heads. This person should be able to multi-task between their 3 product lines and be excited by the growth trajectory and speed.
This is a full-time position with a competitive 6-figure salary, benefits, and will be expected to be in the office from time to time – so we are only considering local MN-based candidates.

Responsibilities
-Architecting, Designing, Writing, Maintaining modern software platforms
Desired Skills and Experience
-4 year technical degree -8+ years of software development & architecture experience -Experience writing software using modern Java -Ability to work with a small development team -Local to Minnesota, and open to a hybrid working model -Cannot require sponsorship
