LabVIEW Developer
Our client is seeking a skilled LabVIEW Developer to design, develop, and maintain LabVIEW applications that support product testing and automation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LabVIEW programming, hardware integration, and data acquisition systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop LabVIEW applications for automated testing and data acquisition systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integrate hardware components, such as sensors and actuators, with LabVIEW applications.
- Perform system validation and testing to ensure functional performance and reliability.
- Debug and troubleshoot LabVIEW code to identify and resolve issues.
- Optimize LabVIEW code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop and maintain graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for LabVIEW applications.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest LabVIEW developments, technologies, and industry trends.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Associates degree, Technical/Trade certified, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with LabVIEW programming and development.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging LabVIEW code.
- Experience with integrating hardware components with LabVIEW applications.
- Familiar with test executive software
- Knowledge of coding standards and best practices for LabVIEW.
- Experience working with instrumentation protocols like GPIB, Serial, Modbus, TCP/IP, USB, I2C, SPI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
