Lead Developer (Minnesota Only)
A leading U.S. manufacturing and design organization—with more than a century of history and national scale—is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to own and evolve a mission-critical, custom software platform. This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on technologist who thrives in both deep code and technical leadership.
The role
You will serve as the technical authority for a homegrown application ecosystem used across the business. This is a true player-coach position—roughly 50/50 coding and leadership—guiding a small, tight-knit team while actively building across the Microsoft stack.
What we’re looking for

10+ years of professional software development experience

Strong background in C#/.NET, SQL, and object-oriented design

Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, or similar)

Proven ability to mentor developers, enforce standards, and drive momentum

Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, face-to-face environment
