Learning & Development Manager
SkyWater has been engaged by a global leader in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), on their search for a new Learning & Development Manager. This role will be an individual contributor, to start, with the opportunity to grow into people leadership in the future. We are looking for a leader who can own the end-to-end L&D strategy for the firm’s nearly 400 employees globally. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an innovative culture, has experience building a multimodal learning strategy, and is energized by facilitation and execution of that strategy. The L&D Manager reports directly to the Head of People & Culture and will collaborate closely with business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Develop a multimodal, global learning strategy aligned with business objectives
- Design and facilitate learning programs with measurable performance outcomes for employees and the business
- Partner with business leaders to create employee development plans and career pathing frameworks
- Build learning dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Leverage AI and other technology solutions to scale development and personalize the learner experience
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience developing and executing multimodal learning strategies that align with business objectives
- Skilled in designing and facilitating learning programs that drive measurable impact
- Ability to partner with business leaders to build development plans and career pathing frameworks
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and using data to measure effectiveness and improve programs
- Demonstrated comfort with AI and emerging learning technologies to scale and personalize the learner experience
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing globally and cross-functionally
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or technology-driven environments preferred
