Litigation Attorney
A highly regarded boutique litigation firm in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The firm handles complex disputes in state and federal courts, representing businesses and individuals in commercial, employment, financial services, civil rights, and defamation matters.
This person will be responsible for managing all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation; drafting briefs, pleadings, and other litigation documents; developing case strategy and working closely with clients; and appearing in court, arbitrations, and mediations. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of litigation experience.
