Position Overview: We are currently seeking a results-oriented and strategic professional to join our team as the Director of Operations. This key leadership role will play a pivotal part in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in our processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field 
  • Proven experience in an operations management role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of machining processes, CNC machining, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Position Overview: We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, implementing lean methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and boost overall productivity.

  2. Lean Manufacturing: Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, streamlining operations and eliminating bottlenecks in the production process.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in manufacturing engineering.
  3. Proficiency in the application of lean manufacturing principles.
  4. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
