Position Overview: We are currently seeking a results-oriented and strategic professional to join our team as the Director of Operations. Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field 
• Proven experience in an operations management role within the manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of machining processes, CNC machining, and manufacturing technologies.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing production processes, implementing lean methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization: Analyze existing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and boost overall productivity.

2. Lean Manufacturing: Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, streamlining operations and eliminating bottlenecks in the production process.

4. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings.
