SkyWater is excited to partner with a repeat client in securing a Fargo/Detroit Lakes based Territory Sales Manager. With approximately $50 million in annual sales and locations across Minnesota and the Dakotas; the company has grown exponentially over the past five years. Headquartered in western Minnesota, this role will be located at their Northern Minnesota location. Specifically, this role would be tasked with taking over a $4M book of business and growing this to $10M over the next five years. The focus of this role will be identifying and developing relationships with customers, growth, and profitability of the Fargo/Detroit Lakes location.
The ideal candidate has a background in agronomy and farming with refined ability to manage and grow a book of business. The position comes with an above-market base salary, commissions, and an incredible company culture.
