The Opportunity


The Senior Director, Digital Product will oversee the implementation of the digital product strategy. The company is embarking upon a digital upgrade which includes a complete renovation of the marketing tech systems, business processes and customer-facing technologies.  This person will lead the entire digital product initiative and will bring other departments along in the transformation in partnership with the Chief Marketing Officer.  


The Senior Director, Digital Product is responsible for developing a roadmap for application, web and other digital capabilities and perhaps more importantly, leading all phases of end-to end digital product management. The successful candidate will move from ideation and assessment, through strategy execution and digital product launch, to ongoing monitoring of implementation tactics and results. This role combines digital domain expertise and knowledge of digital platforms and technology with business strategy and consumer insights in a B2C and B2B environment.


This leader will provide coaching and leadership to a diverse team professionals, including engineers, product owners and UX talent. They also rely heavily on their partners, so a successful leader must excel at vendor management and relationship building.  The Digital Product leader must bring an innovative approach to technology development that will propel the company ahead of its competition, while balancing the need for reliability and scalability.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Redesign and develop the customer experience across channels with a simplified seamless user experience approach
  • Develop a roadmap that maximize opportunities to drive the business through advancing the consumer experience in a data driven fashion
  • Work closely with IT to support develop required to improve website and application functionality and effectiveness
