SkyWater is assisting an AmLaw 200 firm with its search for a Senior M&A Associate Attorney to join its Columbus, OH office.
Successful candidates will work with attorneys across several other offices representing buy-side and sell-side clients in all forms of mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, and financing transactions of all sizes. Law firm experience is highly preferred, but the group will consider strong in-house candidates. This is a hybrid position. JD required.
