This position is open due to rapid growth and is a pivotal member of the sales leadership team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the sales manager is responsible for mentoring and leading a top-notch sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals. The Sales Manager will set individual sales goals, analyze performance data, track and analyze sales statistics, and generate monthly sales reports.

SkyWater is partnering with a well-established, stable, privately-owned company as they look to hire a talented Executive Assistant to support their President and CFO. This position is not a typical EA role that one might see in a large corporation, and will not be responsible for heavy calendar and travel management.
This EA will be deeply embedded in support activities to help run the business. This person will help gather documentation on accounts, develop marketing materials to help grow the business, and correspond with vendors, customers, and coworkers. This position will also assist with reviewing account performance materials and developing account reports that help make informed business decisions.
The position will report directly to the President of the company, will have a lot of exposure, autonomy and flexibility. The company also supports a strong work-life balance, as this position will not be expected to work more than 40 hours/week.
