SkyWater is currently partnering with a growing, privately-owned manufacturing company local to the Twin Cities Metro. This organization has a strong reputation and is looking for an HR Generalist to join their facility east of the Twin Cities and be a positive force in driving culture and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function, including employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, compliance and more
- Deliver HR programs and initiatives to support the growing organization including, but not limited to: recruitment process, onboarding, workforce planning, safety program among other HR processes to align organizational values with business needs
- Provide coaching and development to supervisors and employees
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-4 years of relative HR experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Experience in a manufacturing setting, or similar industry
- Knowledge of federal/local employment laws (FMLA, COBRA, OSHA)
- Experience partnering with or leading Safety programs and initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking), highly preferred
