SkyWater is partnering with an existing client to find a Director of Manufacturing for their NW Wisconsin site! The Director of Manufacturing will oversee a team of about 60 across manufacturing, production, maintenance, materials, and machining. This person will also be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, growing team members, and implementing lean manufacturing principles at this site.
